Servosteel now offers a Narrow Blanking service to fully compliment the range of coil processing capabilities already on offer.

The introduction of Blanking allows our customers to save additional cost, where coils were previously redirected for a Blanking process you can now trust Servosteel to transform you parent coil into blanks of various sizes and grades to commercial tolerance on dimensions and flatness.

With a processing range of 0.3mm to 2mm thickness and 70mm to 1060mm wide on a wide range of steel including Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, Galvanised, Electro-Zinc, Aluzinc, Aluminised, Stainless and Aluminium, we can offer a wide spectrum to suit your needs.

Blanking line features:

Thicknesses of 0.3mm to 2mm
Widths of 70mm to 1060mm
Lengths of 200mm to 2700mm
Coil I.D. range of 406mm to 635mm
Max O.D. of 1220mm on
5 tonne maximum source coil weight
17 roll precision leveller
